So there I was, on a train bound for Kingston late one afternoon. I was to arrive for my sleep study at 9 pm sharp.

I knew I was a snorer. My husband had mentioned it a few times but it never seemed to me to be a serious issue.

This is a new project for me. A pretty vulnerable one. This is going to be a space to document my journey with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
